There should be no issues where we are camping - it's the high ground from memory - but someone can correct me if I'm wrong.
Personally, I LOVE going to the Sipsey when it is raining or has just rained. The waterfalls are at the best - you just have to pick your route carefully and not mind getting wet if needed....
Bring your rain gear - there's still plenty of hikes you can do without crossing the Sipsey. Most of the small feeder creeks (Small as in White Creek - not Borden, Thompson, etc) should be passable.
I see a 30% and 40% chance of rain. My personal cut-off is 60% unless I have planned for it. I'll be there either way.
