I am trying to gather information to do the S.A.L.T this year (2014). Anyone have experience(s) on the trail?

The S.A.L.T includes sections of the Foothills, Bartram, A.T., Mountains-To-Sea and other regional trails.
I first read about the S.A.L.T. in an article in the December 2013 Blue Ridge Outdoors publication. The article, A Grain of Salt, by Matt Kirk, really peaked my interest as I have plans to thru hike the A.T. in 2015 and would like to do several different long distance hikes in 2014.
Information including the AT, Bartram and Foothills trail is fairly available. I have not found much information on the Mountains-To-Sea and some of the regional trails that connect all of the S.A.L.T.
Any information would be greatly appreciated..

'Classic.' A book which people praise and don't read.” ― Mark Twain
Who cares about showers, gourmet food, using flush toilets. Just keep on walking and being away from it all.
There are times that the only way you can do something is to do it alone.
I read the same article, and have a copy of that BRO at home.
I'm interested in details as well.
How long a hike is this? 2 months? Less? Much less? I've hiked most of these areas, a full loop would be sweet!

I believe it is about 350+ miles, so it'd be a considerable time. Especially when you factor in the terrain. I'm interested as well, but not sure I could devote the time needed for a thru-hike.
350 miles at my current fit but un-hiking fit geezerly pace of 10 to 12 miles a day... minus time off for re-supply and factoring in increased mileage after the 1st week... a month or less... mmm... very interesting.
