Anyone used one of these? Great plan but I can't imagine they actually work do they?

This? (Haven't seen the acronym before) http://hennessyhammock.com/catalog/p...r_system_m190/
No, I haven't used them.
That's the one. They're free in the current sale but I can't find any reviews.
They're just a silly gimmick.
I'm a Mormon. I know it, I live it, and I love it.
That was my assumption and I'd never have got them if they weren't free with my order. Just can't find anyone confirming it in a review anywhere.
I had some and they worked awesome for funneling bird poop from the tarp down into a water bottle....

My forum name is Fish<><; I'm in the navy; and I hate sleeping on the ground. If I didn't need ground to walk on or measure resistance to, I think I could happily give it up.
So no luck with these? I was curious to see if and how they worked
Why do birds target tarps? Is it that they're so stealthy that birds think they're just going on the ground like we do? Do they even care? And last but not least, why does one need the weight of water containers to keep a tarp taut in a storm?!?
Just sayin' cause I've got a HH where the tarp is connected to the hammock lines... been a while since I set it up which I did the other day for my son as his hammock. The HH tarp was showing its old age (wrinkles) whereas mine was as smooth as Joan Rivers forehead!
