    Question The battle of bridges

Trying to get a feel of pros and cons. Jacks R Better and Warbonnet bridge hammocks? Ive been sleeping or trying to sleep in my Dream Thunderbird. Having a hard time getting a comfortable side or stomach/side lay.

No experience with either but just picked up a DIY bridge and it felt very comfortable during my 20-minute test hang. In my (extremely limited) experience, the way the bridge kind of 'wraps' you up feels comforting, almost cradling. On my back and on my side were more comfortable (to me) than gathered end hammocks. An entire evening in it will certainly reveal more.

My wife has a RidgeRunner and loves it. However she has only used it taking naps in the backyard.

I would like to try one but I am too heavy for them.
I am still 18 but with 52 years of experience !

I don't have any experience with the Warbonnet, but I do love my BMBH. I get a great lay out of it, it's easy to set up, and it packs down really well.

I almost bought a JRB Bear Mountain in the classifieds. I opted for a WB Ridge Runner instead. I have slept in the RR every night since it's arrival. Close to three weeks straight. Sleep and comfort is awesome indoors on a stand and out between the trees.
Grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the strength to change the things I can, and the wisdom to know the difference.

There is a three series video on youtube that compares the WBRR, JRB, and another brand. It's called battle of the bridges I think.

I own both. My preference is the Ridge Runner. In my opinion, it seems to have less shoulder squeeze. Both are good hammocks.

Don't argue with the alligator until after you cross the river.
