I'm 6'0" and 185 lbs. I recently ordered a new XLC in single layer 1.7... I've owned two other WBBBs (single layer 1.7 and 1.1) and my current ultralight rig for summer is a 1.1 single with "hardware-free" suspension that weighs-in at 14 and 5/8 ounces with suspension (thanks Grizz).
I put up my new XLC for a test hang to see for myself if the improvements I've been reading about are as good as I've heard. I am happy to report that they are. The XLC is much more comfortable than the shorter WBBBs are (in my opinion).
If you are 6' tall or taller and are considering a Warbonnet hammock you should give serious consideration to the XLC. Sure, it's a couple of dollars more and a little heavier (I got mine down to 23 ounces total after replacing the ridgeline with dynaglide, adding dynaglide whoopies and including tree straps made from mule tape).
I am very happy with my new XLC!
