AHE wait time and kaq shell fabric

What was your average wait time on kaq's? Also what shell fabric comes standard on their quilts?
    Thanks!

Looking at the colour options, I would imagine calendared ripstop nylon, or maybe polyester.

    Can't comment on shipping times.

    Hey Nuttysquirrel,

We post our wait times on the Home page, contact page, and several other locations throughout the site. I update the notice every couple weeks or when we see any order volume changes.

From the home page: As a small cottage shop we work hard to get orders out as quickly as possible. We work hard to serve customers in a first come first served manor. As of 4/4/14 most orders are taking 1 week to ship with some minor exceptions. Each and every order is very important to us and we will continue to work on getting your order out as fast as possible. Please keep in mind that we are a small shop and do not warehouse any sewn products. What this means to you is flexibility in color combinations, American Made cottage goods but it also means that it will take a little longer to get to your door.

We use mostly First quality, US manufactured, DWR treated, 1.1, 30D Ripstop nylon. But we do have things like the Multicam which comes as a 40D fabric only, and we have some small selection of other fabrics that we can offer as special order fabrics if you're looking for something special.

If you have questions you can always get in touch with us directly.

    The 40D camo is niiiiiice..
It is a very alert, active sheep, with a stylish, lively carriage.

I use a Juki & Pfaffs w/ assorted attachments, and have serviced lots of vintage machines. Any questions?

Any plans to offer quilts in black? Also, have you played around with any draft collars? Maybe as an add on option if not a regular addition?

We can do Black as a special order sort of deal, just get in touch.

No plans for Draft collars. Out of 5000 some odd quilts we have only ever had one request for them...2 now.
