Hey all, new to the forum. Just wondering if there are some other hammock guys around here that want to do some hanging. Sorry for the pun. Post here and maybe we can start a gathering. Richard.

I'd love to come to Edmonton to hang. There's a lovely young lady there with which I'd like to spend some time. She'd go with us, eh?
Would you chaperone, Hadfield?

snidetripod is there. Probably up for a hang. I'll turn him onto this thread.
Last time I was out in Edmonton we went to Nara on 97th for a hookah. Good times, they just need some hammocks to go with the hookah...

Anytime Mike, and sure I will be a chaparone. Got some great areas up here. Let me know if you are ever up in these neck of the woods. Cheers. Richard.
Definitely Brady, thanks. Richard. Also if anyone is into bikepacking with hammocks that would be cool too.
Great idea Richard. I'm interested in hearing some ideas. And definitely interested in finding some good areas.
Mm53bar shoot me a pm. I'm in north Glenora by westmount mall. Richard
Cross-posted this on an older group-hang thread to to see if there are more Edmonton-area folks interested.

This would be awesome. I have been waiting for two years. Great, I am there. Fort Assiniboine looks like a great place, but if you guys are up for a little farther drive, Muskiki Lake on the Cardinal River Road is beautiful and it's in a PLUZ.
