I have them and have used them. They work well. I am not sure the shockcord on them is needed though. I think they'd work with some Zingit instead. I may try that at some point but no complaints thus far. I like them better than prussics.

I use them on one of my tarps. So far I like them quite a bit. Quick and easy adjustments, Bombproof design. Used them twice in the woods and 1/2dozen times in the yard to test and practice. No issues at any times.
Leave me alone, I'm only talking to my dog today.

I may be outnumbered, but never outmanned.

IMO they are sweet but the shock cord seems to me to be a little weak and the tarp doesn't really tension up that much......just seems floppyish. Probably would be fine with tarp over the RL, but I like mine under. I took the shock cord off and made continuous loops incorporating the toggle in the loop, this way I can larks head them to the hook part and remove them if I want because the hook always stays on the RL. Great concept though.......I haven't tried them with rigid line yet but I'm going to be out this weekend, I suspect they will work much better

Anyone know if the toggles will pass easily through the 0.5" split rings (like those on my big momajamba tarp)? I suppose I could easily just upgrade/upsize the split rings. Am about to order my own, so am just wondering ... Helf

I have mine set up with Dutch Wasp and they work very well. Bit of a pain to coil up after use and the line keeps wanting to get tangled in the Toogles.

I could not get mine to go thru the split rings on my tarp so I put a micro binner on the split ring and problem solved

I agree with the other comments that the shock cord doesn't allow the tarp to be really taut. I have two pairs and will be replacing the shock cord with some dyneema.

I am using Zingit on my Tato Gear connectors now and while I do like it much better than the shock cord I have noticed that the line WILL slip when are tightening the tarp unless you do TWO wraps on the hooks rather than just one. I have not been able to get the line to slip when doing two wraps yet.
