I keep getting mesmerized looking at it. It's like there is a subliminal message telling me to buy this tarp, buy this tarp, buy this tarp, buy this...

Now Missy, All us married guys know who really runs the household.
I would say that new Argon tarp is yours if you so desire it.
Besides I think you will be an excellent beta tester.

I would have to agree with you about who "REALLY" runs the household...and yes i'm absolutely positive that if I batted my eyelashes at Paul enough he would love to make sure I have this tarp! Lol

Of course it also means all new quilts for too, cuz i'm pretty picky about all of my gear matching...sooooo, that might take some more persuading!

Totally understandable. Besides argon syl or breathable argon is supposts to be much lighter.
A complete argon kit makes perfect sense and something that would get me to replace some of my older gear.

Yeah all my gear matches my Winter Dream Tarp right now...and my quilts definitely don't match a camo tarp...so I would have to have all camo/mocha or camo/desert tan quilts to match...and like I said, that will take some serious schmoozing to get a whole new set up...lol

Really for me I do pretty much all car camping so weight isn't an issue...but I will say, this Argon Sil is so lightweight..its pretty amazing how sweet it is!

I was just staring at the tarp pictures and...Bam! A 3-D Tyrannosaurus Rex popped out at me! Or maybe it was a Dolphin...

That thing is sweet you guys. Nice work. Are you going to bring it MAHHA so we can all check it out?

Well I sure hope you guys get some good beta testing going.
Everything I hate about cuben it looks like argon will solve.
It's quiet, and actually provides real shade.

For me there are only two questions I have for argon in a tarp.
The stretchyness and will the sewn seams and attachments hold up to a good wind.
The weather extremes in Colorado is a bit different than back East.
