Actually emailing is direct will usually get you an reply faster than the forums but we try to cover both.
The 1 season costs the same as the 3 season, the fabric and insulation cost us the same from our mills so the quilt does not change price from one to the other. Going to the thicker winter grade insulation does however cost us more hence the "upgrade" charge.
