    Hello from FBGA

    Hi,

This forum has been a wealth of knowledge. My foray into hammocks kind of happened on accident. I was covering a night range and my 1SG asked if I wanted him to leave his hammock for me to use (just an old military surplus net hammock). Sure. It was amazing...except for the cold butt syndrome. So I immediately bought an ENO DN as that is all I could get locally. Also picked up Atlas Straps and an ENO Profly. I immediately ordered a Hammock Gear Incubator 20. A few months later, before using the Profly, I ordered the WB Superfly. I haven't slept in a GP-MED since. Always out in my hammock. I love it. Oh, and my 1SG has stepped up his game a bit too. We even have attachment points in our two offices in case we have a late night at the office.

Welcome I ain't been to Ft. Benning since Infantry Osut. I'd have loved to have a hammock back then during the middle of July.

It is great getting to get out in the hammock at Ft Benning. It is about time that I will have to buy a bug net though. The blood suckers are spawning as we speak!
