I once shipped an 18' kayak from Nebraska to Oregon. UPS required it to be in a box (which they provided - taped together from several large boxes) and I wrapped it in bubble wrap and shrink wrap. I don't recall exactly but it seems like shipping cost around $200.

I am drooling. I been looking for one of these since last year at a good price and this is a good price. My issue is $ because of some very unexpected major home expenses. Just my luck but someone is going to be very lucky.

My sister has a standard Pack which I borrow from time to time. What I like about the angler is the lower/drop seat with a seat back versus the standard cane seat only dropped a couple inches from the gunnels. A fantastic option when spending hours in the boat.

I am interested and per pm with inspectorguy made an appointment to try the canoe out this weekend, I may take it. I know this is not the usual way an I'll take it" is done, but since it is a canoe and needs to be checked on the water first, this is the best I can do.

Canoe is still for sale. Me and Cali just cannot seem to make the right connection considering the travel time between our respective locations.

It was a pleasure. Perhaps we'll meet again. Have fun this weekend and be safe.
