I can not commit to Friday night for dinner. I don't know what time I will arrive. I can bring my stuff with me though. I will marinade the red pork this weekend and freeze it for the week. I will get the stuff for the salad too and bring it. Is there going to be a grill? I would need that. Also, American rice can be pre cooked but Thai rice has to be freshly cooked. I have a huge pot for it. We can cook it at some point for a compliment to the meals. Or alternative. ZUKKI I have you covered. Bring your wok and I will show you how to get it ready for food.

Would you like to maybe cook for lunch on Sunday Shannan? Then folks could eat before heading home. Unless Patches is out of school on Monday, then you could even cook it for Dinner.

I'd give you Saturday if I was cooking that day, but I'm not. I'm only making breakfast and a dessert on Saturday.

Ok. I can do thai seasoned chicken for Sunday lunch. Megan is out of school Monday but unfortunately I have to work. We will have to leave shortly after lunch too. Thighs work best with the seasoning. How many pounds do you suggest?

Sunday lunch..probably 20ish people I think.

There are a few who have to leave early Sunday morning, they play in the band. I'm hoping you guys get a real campfire treat on Saturday evening.
