How about Sierra Madre Research Nube?

At least they say it is very good for windy situations.

But price is a quite high. Hammock sock would be cheapest way to protect from wind.

But if you need also a new tarp then the Superfly must be one of the best out there. Even in stormy conditions. If needed It can be closed so it will be quite an aerodynamical structure.

A Tadpole style tarp with a couple of snaps near the head closures and a pair of extra tie downs on each side will allow you to hunker it down tight. The price is under $100.
I'll get some pix of the concept up later today. If you don't sew, I'm sure the guys at Wilderness Logics would make the additions for you.
The Montana/Beartooth front is where wind is manufactured.

if its mostly going to be used at home and your budget is sub $100 id just see how a poly tarp would hold up, they are practically free at walmart and have a few tie outs on each side and if it rips oh well ur only out like $9. maybe try some shock cord to add give to the stress points?? ive hung my superfly and previously owned HH hex at my buddies house up on a high hill in Wisconsin and never had an issue, and its never not windy at his place (seriously like 10-20 mph gusts all the time) id say heaviest wind ive hung in up at his house in was 40+ and never had issues......... hope my 2 cents helps

Some hammock socks, like the Spindrift, do not protect you against hard rain. That sock is designed primarily to keep you warmer and provide some degree of protection for your UQ. However, there are some, like the Eureka Chrysalis, that will handle rain. I think the JRB weathershield is also rain proof.

You can tie cord (non-stretch) to the ends of your hammock and stake them down on the windward side to prevent the wind swinging you back and forth. In > 40mph winds, I have used screw-in dog stakes for that purpose.

    YMMV
