    Cinch Buckles Rock!

My Scout troop just ordered 17 sets of cinch buckles on Thursday and they arrived today. Spliced a few sets to do some testing and all I can say is WOW! These things are great! Super easy to install and use, the kids are gonna love them. Thanks Dutch and get ready for more orders from Troop #342 in Donelson, Tn.

I use them. They came with my Blackbird. Have to agree. Very easy to use and adjust.

Cinch buckles from Dutch and Warbonnet on all my family hammocks. Not the lightest option. Nothing is easier for all to manage!
Grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the strength to change the things I can, and the wisdom to know the difference.

I personally use whoopies and toggles but that might change. I really wanted an easy suspension system for the boys and these things fit the bill.

Agreed - cinch buckles are one of the easiest ways out there - great for kids.

Congrats on getting so many in your troop out and hanging!

All it took was an example. Last year, at summer camp, the Scoutmaster hung his hammock and it's gone all gone downhill from there. There's a "hammock only" campout planned for the last weekend this month and we're arguing for a "trees aplenty" site for summer camp.

I tend to go back and forth between buckles and whoopies. I like 'em both, but I agree that the simplicity of buckles is hard to beat.

    - Nonsense. You only say that because no one ever has.

I put them on all my DIY stiff as well. Get them at Readystrap--he has Milspec cinch buckles, best you can buy. Least expensive out there and delivery is scary fast.
