Ah man. Got a Cuben Tarp on order since end of April. I've tried the phone/email listed on the contact page, but have not been able to reach anyone. My Memorial day plans might be tight. Anyone have an alternate number than what is on the site?

Thanks for the heads-up on the Trail Days status, Poedog. I've been waiting to hear back from them to place my custom order. This thread is making me a little nervous that the gear may not arrive in time for my first planned trip of the season, though...

I spoke to these guys at Trail Days. They have a ton of orders right now, and are getting to them in the best order/time that they can. If you're waiting on anything cuben, their new shipment should be in on Monday (19th) and they will start cranking out tarps then.

I'll admit, communication with them can be hit or miss. I placed an order last week, wanted to revise it, and couldn't get in touch with anyone, so I placed an entirely new order with revisions and sent an email to cancel the previous order. As of now, the first order hasn't been refunded, but I imagine that when they get back from TrailDays they will tackle all of the emails/phone calls and set everyone's mind at ease. I'm starting a SOBO AT thru in three weeks, and have no worries that my gear will arrive in time.

I'm seriously attacking the emails, and throwing out the deadlines as fast as I can to the staff. If you have a deadline, PLEASE email me (again, if you have to), as I steadily work down the list. I changed my schedule so I'm always on the emails now (Adam fields the calls, as many as he can). Thanks so much for all your patience with us.
