I did a quick search, but did find an immediate answer about the length of the lead on the fixed eye of whoopie sling for HH.
We have been receiving several questions about making custom slings for HH owners on our website. Can anyone help me out with the correct length of the lead on the fixed length before the bury to make slings work?

That video doesn't give a measurement between the bury and the fixed loop, because it is made in situ. In the video, he is not allowing for the extra line before the bury which is used if the user wants to have the prussics on there for the tarp.
So I guess thats why no-one is offering an answer...most will be converting in situ.....plus there are 2 options, tarp on line or not.
