Looks like I am definitely out. Will be staying in TX for several more days. We were hoping that they would take her off the vancomycin yesterday but that didn't happen. So my duties are extended for at least another week. Hope you guys have fun out there.

I can make a couple pans of cornbread in my Bemco*oven to go with the brats. I had planned on eating on the road Thursday night but if we're having steaks I'll wait! What time will dinner be served? I wouldn't wanna be late!

There is a fire ring at the barn. I might could scrounge something else together. I hope to go sink a melon at first campsite and then head over to farm and scout the barn. Cooking is fine.

Thanks for the prayers. Definitely needed and appreciated. She is doing much better, but sadly her own family is not reliable to provide proper care and Medicaid will only pay for a home health provider twice a week, so as the old saying goes, if you want something done right, do it yourself. Not to mention the fact that twice now I have found air bubbles in her pick line after the nurse flushed it, so I really don't even trust them. Hopefully she will be back on her feet very soon so I can go back to work in good conscience knowing she is ok. Thanks again for the prayers and I hope you all have a blast out there and hope to see you on the trail again soon.
