No problem, it can get aggravating when you want questions answered before you buy. It doesn't matter who the vendor is

Who cares about showers, gourmet food, using flush toilets. Just keep on walking and being away from it all.

I have dealt with Brandon several times, a couple involved custom work or unusual (boatload of triangle cinch buckles) items. Sometimes I have heard back same day, other times a couple to several days but the issue was always addressed. Once, it took a couple months to get the product but as I knew it was an unusual order and indicated time was not an issue, I didn't sweat it. Sure enough stuff showed up just like he said it would.

I think there is a cottage business opportunity being a tech support/customer support for out cottage vendors as most have other full time responsibilities. Field emails and calls, be an intermediary all in exchange for some gear. Some one who is home full time could do it.

BTW, Zilla, I do have a custom XLC 1.9/1.7 Double layer if you want to check it out. Had Brandon build it to handle me, 2 dogs, wool blanket (protect the hammock from dog claws) and my cpap/battery, total of 400lbs load.
    Have sherpas, will travel...

Ah folks - it is Trail Days.

You know, just was reading about some of these here vendors making their way to Trail Days.

Oh, logic - you win again! Thanks for making the connection, Donna!

On that note, going to post a list of the vendors attending this year:

Ironically, I'm not seeing WBO on the list...maybe it was a last-minute thing?

yanno even if a vendor is going to Trail days they still should have someone at the business who is checking emails, answering phone calls and still get their product out the door.

Yes, I had thought of that also. Or do what we do...close the order page with an explanation and a date when we will be open and available again.

Life sometimes gets in the way...even when we do our best to avoid it!

Or maybe get some sort of auto reply in place on the mail end of things and maybe voicemail with the message they are out "testing". I don't have any idea how big the Warbonnet business, and if Brandon can afford to put somebody in to answer the mail/phone, but an auto reply is practically free and gives people some idea of what's going on.
