Is there a video showing how to assemble the ultimate hang pipe stand? I was looking for any tips and order of assembly. I bought all of the parts and it seems very cumbersome to try to put together alone.

The order I would do it...legs, uprights, top sections with the union fitting last. Disclaimer...I've never put one together.

Any idea on a ballpark material cost for this?
it's been a long time since I built mine, but it wasn't cheap.
If it doesn't need to be portable, the union is unnecessary...just make the ridge pole one piece.

Start on the ground at one end and work your way up and over. Maybe put the feet together first so you can just spin the second foot in as one piece. Once you make the first 90 bend, it should lean over without tipping and you can just hold up the top bar to spin on each piece in order.
Assemble laying sideways. Feet go last. Then just stand it up.
