Hi all,
I've been a lurker for a few months now but got some time to say hello. I'm a UKhanger from the Pennines. Due to our crazy laws over here (and our mess making populace) I tend to do wild hangs in Scotland but have found a few spots in the UK. For he who defines men by their gear I hang with DD hammock and tarp, ULA ohm, tree straps and 'biners and whoopie sling, as well as a MiniBull stove. As you can probably tell I'm a confirmed Shug fan. Still can't stomach the SPAM though, nor the pork brains. Used to be regular recreational camping guy, then got into mushroom foraging, which brings with it off trail hiking and exploring, Mora knives, a smidgen of bushcraft, and finally hammocks, though I still go to ground occasionally.

How have you tried your SPAM? It's the Official Meat of Hawaii, by the way.
Personally I can't stand it UNLESS it's been sliced really thin and fried till crisp, like bacon. Then it's delicious!
