Excellent Communication with Marty at WL

I'm in the market (need/want, whatever) for a summer-rated TQ to round out my gear. In reading through threads here on Wilderness Logics' products, I contacted Marty with a few questions. He was quick to respond, answered all my questions, made great recommendations and offered sample materials so I could see the exact color.

To say I'm pleased with his service is an understatement. I've bought from many a vendor here and will continue the tradition by ordering a summer series top quilt after my next pay day.

Marty has been fantastic to deal with pre-sale and having seen some of WL's handiwork at MAHHA, I'm sold. Kudos!

Hi Syb, I bought a XXL SSTQ last year and really like it. When the King 20F is too much this is perfect.
Been down to about 43F with it using a covered hammock with UQP and was comfy warm.

Lol... The SS are great quilts. (mountainhanger wants some new quilts.... deserves some new quilts.... heck, "NEEDS" some new quilts)

No, I don't get a cut of the sales, I just really like WL products and think all the vendors should take a que from Marty when it comes to customer service.

Thanks caveman, and right there with you and flat line. Followed flatlines suggestion and not wanting to bother marty over the holidays I sent him an email about buying the full/xxl ssquilts, but I needed, ahem, NEEDED a custom on the underquilt. Sent email on Sunday night, he responded Monday, a couple of emails later, I put a order in about 8 Monday night. Recieved shipping notice today! For one half of order to be custom and so quickly shipped out is awesome, but better then that was his customer service! Great vendor. Unbelievable service and if the quilts match the products I've recieved so far as I suspect I will be even more impressed. Told the wife I'm gonna have to hiking there just to meet him

Indeed! That was my experience when I ordered my "Old Man Winter" tarp from him!

In addition to his great communication, his shipping is ridiculously quick. It's WL's green but it comes across more grey in the photos. Fantastic attention to detail and feels like it weighs nothing.
