Just ordered myself a Grand Trunk Skeeter Beeter Pro that I plan on taking on my Appalachian Trail thru hike next year. Knowing that it's a pretty large/Long hammock I'd like to find a tarp that adequately fits well with it. Any recommendations?

the gtsbp ain't all that big. any tarp with a 11'-12' ridge should work fine. this is a good place to start. https://www.hammockforums.net/forum/...s-and-Services
Big Fane of the wilderness logics tarps. The tadpole is probably perfect in my opinion.

Since your hammock RL will be less than 9' (83% of 10.5'), any tarp with a 10' or longer RL will work fine.
I too am a big fan of Wilderness Logics, love my Tadpole with 11' RL. Search the vendor section for other options, everyone has their favorite.
I have a kelty noah's 12. I love it! It weighs about two pounds though but augt to be a good tarp! What makes it nice is it's usable with as a separate shelter, and it has numerous configurations. I too am planning on doing thru hike someday! I'd love to hear from you once you start! Good luck on your adventure!!!
BIG +1 for the WL Tadpole.
11' ridge line will be plenty long.

Thanks for the advice everyone! Just got the hammock in the mail yesterday. Seemed a bit bigger online. Think I'm going to go with the Tadpole after all. Looks like it will work well for a thru hike.
Grand Trunk's Funky Forest(or whatever they're calling it now) tarp is rather large as well, and very versatile http://theultimatehang.com/2012/10/p...r-all-weather/. I really like and use mine a lot, but the Tadpole almost always comes with me.
