    Hammock Gear thumbs up

    I gotta give it up for the Hammock Gear crew.
    I was packing up my camping gear and had my UQ - but no stuff sack. I could not remember when I got my UQ if it came with a stuff sack or not.
    So I gave' em a call just to find out.
    I think his name was Adam said, "No worries, I'll send you a new one."
    I told him there was no reason to do this.
    He insisted on sending me a new one.
    He immediately had my name and address on record.
    As well, he asked how I was storing my UQ.
    I said in a cotton pillow case in a snap lock storage bin.
    Then he told me he'd also be sending along a storage sack specifically designed for their UQs.
    How cool is that?
    Very cool.
    Top shelf service from a top shelf company.

    I called Clark hammocks to let them know I'd like to get a set of the upgraded poles for their NX-150 and I had them in the mail in a few days.
    No charge.

    Thanks for the post!

    We currently include stuff sacks with each quilt order. Storage sacks will eventually be available on a regular basis, but we need to set up a sewer for that, first. We're working on it.

    another thumbs up from me for HammockGear! had a little hiccup with my underquilt. emailed jenny and next thing I know, 10 minutes later, my phone is ringing, and it's adam on the other end. they went above and beyond my expectations, and i'm a totally satisfied customer.

    Great service story. They seem to have really stepped up communication recently, which is awesome. I received similar prompt, friendly and helpful service with my recent order.

    Nice to hear they'll be including a storage sack in the future. That's one area hat the bigger players (Montbell, Western Mountaineering, Marmot, Feathered Friends, etc) have it figured out and the cottage folks are still a bit behind on.
