    Question Hennessey repair

I let a friend use a hammock over the weekend & he had a problem. Ended up with a large tear in the bug net on the zipper side. I could probably hand sew it but it'll take a while. Is there anywhere I can send/bring it to get the bug net replaced? He offered to replace it but I'm trying to find a cheaper option.

Is it just a long straight tear? You could probably get away with a whip stitch which shouldn't take too long to do. I say try it out. Nothing to lose if you are contemplating sending it somewhere to be fixed. On a coincidental note I created a tear in the bugnet of my hammock this weekend. Fortunately I'm good enough with a sewing machine that it'll be fixed soon enough.

Donna (ZQ) fixed my HH. The tear was actually where the bug net joined the nylon. It happens sometimes.
