Got me some Wilderness Logics gear

I just got off the phone with Marty, he's a super nice guy and really helpful with all of my questions. He really narrowed it down for me based on what I stated I was looking for. I ordered a snipe, SRL Ridgeline, and a tadpole with one door kit and side pannel pulls!!! $265 This should be light years ahead of my eno (still good, and ill keep in the closet for friends to borrow and camping in our family pop up) and $10 10x10 tarp. He said ill have my gear in 3 days!!!

Im headin out this next weekend to test out my new WL setup. No under quilt yet but soon enough ill get one. Ill be using a pad and northface bag.

Ive been so much happier off the ground, now its time to upgrade my gear.

pics and my thoughts to follow...

Have fun playing with your new gear. I have a tadpole set up the same way and love it.
Keep movin', keep believing and enjoy the journey!

Just curious, did you get the 132" or the 144" Tadpole?

I got the 132. Marty said I will have full coverage if I set up the hammock and ridgeline correctly. He got pretty technical, to be honest I haven't finished the ultimate hang yet but some of it made sense. I spent prob 15 minuets on the phone with him to reassure options and we talked a little about made in the USA products.

132" is the perfect RL length for a Snipe.

I agree... The 11' is perfect for pretty much any situation. The tadpole is my favorite tarp, and with the door kit, you should be able to handle pretty much anything.

My Snipe is sitting in my mailbox at home right now. This is going to be the longest 1.5 hours of work EVER.

No doubt, I am at work while my tadpole, snipe and srl are in my mailbox.

Caveman, your videos were helpful in my decision. Thanks!!!
