Springfield, Illinois and Columbia, Missouri--Any local members?

I will be in the Illinois area this coming weekend, and in the Missouri area the weekend after the July 4th weekend, and would love to either do a short camp, or ask questions on how to set up my gear better. Later in July, I'll be doing an extended loaded bicycle tour in Idaho/Montana, but just don't feel confident enough to abandon my tent.
