Well it has now been almost 30 days since I received his confirmation and no tarp. I sent a email to him last week and another just a few minutes ago. I know Brian is busy with finals but I cant even get a reply from him. Does anyone know what is going on?

-.- -... ...-- ... -.-- --..
I know he is busy, but if I couldn't provide any amount of decent customer service I wouldn't even bother.
Harsh - but good point.
Add to this the fact that the demand for this product has increased to the point where people are actually having to fend off requests to sell them so that Brian won't lose business.
At some point market forces will come into play, and there will be some competition.
Just my opinion, of course.

It doesn't take much to send a quick email with an explanation and maybe an expected date for the product. Seems like a common courtesy and good customer service.

It just sucks that things may begin falling apart on the business side for him, because he is too busy with school. But he has his priorities (I think they are well placed).
I agree that his priorities re:school are well placed.
These pesky company "image" problems could be resolved by just being a teensy bit more responsive - even just via an email here and there - to customers. Then again, I'm not in the business of selling anything. I really should just butt out.

To all: My apologies for being not too responsive with emails the past week or two. I just got back from my last final (Physics), and I will be heading home tomorrow. Monday I will beginning to work full time through the summer (or at least through June) and will be getting orders out ASAP. Again, thanks to everyone for their support through my freshman year!
