Maybe I should contact your PT person. I suffer from Fascia Adhesion from a grade 2 hamstring tear...

===> Ummm....well she is probably long gone from there! My surgeries (3 of em on the same table!) were in 1996 - 18 years ago! But I DO have a good friend who owns 14 specialty Physical Therapy clinics around Boston and environs. Does the sports teams, too.

NH > NEHHA/Great Pumpkin Hang planning thread.

===> That's GREAT! Light pollution next to zero there - on the side of a mountain in NH. It gets DARK at night! Everyone needs a headlamp! You will love this place! There is a large open field just up at the end of the path to the site, right across from where we park, a perfect spot for your scope! Have one of the kids ride on the roof.

Hope to see you, Crystal, and the gang there! Could be about 15 kids there this time! Between Tim and I, we should end up making about 5 dozen donuts! 😨😛

You are asking about hiking in from the lodge? It is 1.6 miles, a gentle up and down, very easy, but the trail may be a little washed out from summer storms. There are two stream crossings with no bridges. You can usually, but not always do them without getting your feet wet. Take the back 80 loop to old dicey, that junction is where we park and you will see where to go from there.

If you are askng about driving from the lodge I think it is around ten minutes.
