Hammock Gear Order Qestion

I have an HG Burrow 20 on order and want to change the foot-box option to sewn instead of snaps... I tried to find a place on the website to change my options with no luck. anyone know if this is possible after the order has been placed?

I have emailed Hammock Gear with my request but thought it might be easier if I could just change it myself..

My advice is to call (and call and call if required) as well as email. I'm sure they will be happy to make the change for you as long as your order is not completed.

I agree with gmcttr. Volume calling works - better to reach him in the morning. The more he sees your number on caller ID the sooner he responds. At least that's my experience, and I have a boatload of Hammock Gear. If my wife ever knew how much I've invested in HammockGear, she'd personally go out to Ohio and choke Adam. What momma don't know!

Thanks silvrsurfr. I called when I got to work this morning. I'll just keep trying until I get him..

I had ordered a phenix uq two weeks before I ordered the burrow tq. Hoping I can get him to ship them together and save ten bucks on shipping.

And hopefully my wife will never know what they cost! Cause she want be going to Ohio, she'll be coming to find me, not that I'm scared or anything.

Does the wife hang ? Then tell her the stuff is for her to keep her warm on those cold nights. Worked with my wife.
