Just received my quilt today. This is my first underquilt and I couldn't be happier. UGQ's customer service is top notch. I heard back from Paul in a very timely manner (same day if not 15 minutes). The build quality and overall appearance is excellent on the quilt. I can't wait to get the cash to order more from UGQ. 5/5.
