    Noob indoor suspension question

    Hello
I am going to try hanging full time indoors. My sister is coming to stay eith me for about a month so she will get the bed. It will give me a chance to see if this is really what I want to do full time.
Let me start by saying that Im obviously new at this and alot of the info about suspension confuses me. Ive tried to watch the Grizz vids but much of it goes right over my head. Ill learn more as I go along but right now id just like to understand the extreme basics.
So anyways, Ive got a Clark NX250 on the way. Ive already installed the lag bolts into my walls and id like to just clip onto them with biners. This will be nice so after I get up in the morn I could just unclip one end and clip to the other....basically letting the hammock hang from one side so it doesnt dpan the room all day.
What would be yhe best knot for securing the rope to the biner? Is there one that would allow me to easily adjust yhe rope for proper sag and angle? Is there a more preferable way to attach to the bolts rather than a biner?
Please keep in mind that I would like to keep the stock ropes for the time being...at least until I know if this is going to work for me. Also I dont want to get into anything somewhat complicated at this point...so please keep it simple for me....remember Im a noob...lol.

Btw, I also got the new one piece Z liner, tree straps, and drip rings for the outdoors.
Really excited to start using this setup!! Just need some help.

Buntlne is probably one of the most secure rope to carabiner hitches for quick release. Also metal to metal biner to anchor is best in my opinion. I have had problems with worn out rope and webbing that are attached to these directly, even to nice round eye bolts. Kids like to swing etc. If rope is not very slippery you might be able to use a Marlin Spike Hitch (MSH) of rope to carabiner, but if Amsteel is used it might slip.

A "way out there" idea that is probably not worth it, but I have used for people not good with knots (my daughters) is a heavy duty rope ratchet but you may need to add two bow line knots to ropes and use a thicker rope to ratchet.

Warbonnet's instructional video on buntline hitch is better than animated knots.

Check animated knots for others knots, they are fun, don't waste your money with rope ratchets, they are just for people with issues, enough said.

How high from the floor are the bolts and how far apart from each other are they?

I'm not familiar with the set up of today's Clarks (I have one from 1999) but those numbers sound good for a hammock set up.

This is the second post I've read about someone using lag bolts versus eye screws. Are your walls sheetrock? If so, how do you install a lag bolt since I'm thinking one end has to be secured with a nut?

Lag bolt is the commonly used name for what would more correctly be called a lag screw.
