What colors do you hang in?

There's a lot of color options out there for hammocks and accessories. Do you hang in camo, earthtones or bright colors? Anybody have a reason for the colors they buy? Or is it more about what you want being available at the right price at the right time and the color just coming along for the ride?

I have earth tones for the hammock and tarp because there are no real color options out there. But then I go crazy bold with the quilts and whoopies. My Enlightened top quilt is bright fluorescent green. Just like to be different.

I have a purple tablecloth hammock and an OD tarp (not much choice there) and a kelly green gear hammock and am getting a burnt orange UQ from UGQ….. Most of my stuff sacks and bags are all different colors too. Orange, blue, red and green….. I like as many different colors as possible! I want a LST, but can only find them in cam0 or brown, so may make my own…..maybe lime green…..don't have that yet….

I usually end up with green gear because it's my favorite color.

Out in the bush, I'm in camo colours, that's just my setup, I blend in, and that's a good thing. At home though, I have purple in my bedroom, multicolour on my deck, red as a spare, and pink for my traveler, I love my girlie colours, just not out in the bush

Just made a crimson hammock and am about to make a matching crimson silnylon tarp. I'd really like to get a 40 degree set of HG Argon quilts with black on the outside, crimson on the inside, but they don't have Argon in crimson, to my knowledge.

Oh well, guess I'll have to go with earthtones on the quilts!

EDIT: Just noticed they have Argon 90 in red. I already have an orange Argon quilt and it's awesome! Might go with the red.

I have green hammocks with a bright blue tarp and the other is a green tarp. Colour is just what it is, I go for the deal over colour. Some times I wish it was camo, but then..... I'd lose it!

I have a purple Thunderbird on the way from Dream Hammock. If I could find a tarp maker that had purple sil-nylon or purple cuben I'd be all over that as well.
