    Greetings from a forums noobie.

Been camping for years, discovered a HH a few years ago. Spent 3 years at scout camp with the choice between relatively tolerable bunk bed in an adirondack cabin, or hanging in the Hennessy. HH won every time! I don't plan to ever sleep on the ground again. Both of my sons have achieved the rank of Eagle Scout, so my camping opportunities are not as frequent.

I do a lot of overnight BBQ cooking, often on site, so that's been the opportunity lately. I use a jungle deluxe with oversized fly, all in snake skins. A friend taught me how to rig a hauling system with webbing and snap links. That's been my technique for a couple of years.

    Welcome from Richmond, VA!

I have a 15 year old Eagle Scout and a 10 year old Webelo II, so I'll still be camping for a few years.

Welcome! I love BBQ! Had some today after a 31 mile weekend hike. I want to meet you one day and talk hammock things and eat good Q!
I like refried beans. That's why I wanna try fried beans, because maybe they're just as good and we're just wasting time. You don't have to fry them again after all.

Look out y'all, shug is dabbling himself in BBQ... Greetings Markcid84, this is a great place for plenty of hammock info and a bit of humor. If you haven't checked out shugs videos they are a great source for info and entertaining times as well. May your hangs be ever enjoyable my friend.
