Yeah, when I walked out of JoAnne Fabrics on Saturday with a bag the size of a softball, I looked at the receipt for $50 and wondered when does this DYI stuff start to be cheap??

As someone who's changed his own motorcycle tires for 20+ years, I know the initial outlay of money to have the proper equipment pays for itself in time, but WOW, this equipment isn't cheap!! But then again, what fun pastime is cheap???

That's something that's part of forums.. Been on both sides of it.. I was a Mod/Admin on a motorcycle forum that went from being like a bunch of guys sitting around a campfire, to a finger pointing hatefest.. I left quietly, wishing them the best.. It's part of the growth or demise of a forum.. Unfortunately when you get a group of people together (even online) you're going to get some personalities that don't mess.. I've made use of the Ignore function more than once.. So far here I haven't had to search out the ignore button, but I'm sure it'll happen sooner or later.
