I have a motorcycle riding friend that has a campground on the coast of Maine. Sept 12th is open lighthouse day! This is a special opportunity to tour the inside of the many lighthouses of Maine. Fresh lobster and clams (market price) with corn and potatoes are served daily right at your campsite! This is a great campground with lots and lots of trees, and wonderful hosts. They have a small camp store (beer, ice), snack bar/ rec room, clean modern bathrooms with free showers, karaoke on Saturday nights, and they even have a paintball area. After I told him about the various forums I belong to, he said they love hosting events for motorcycle groups, and that they never had a hammock event. So what do you guys think?

Phippsburg, it's near Bath.
