Got some help on the linville forum. There is a cave on the trail i was planning on going to. Any advice on setting up a hammock in a cave?
That is the cowboy motel. You can get one or two in there. Will need rock climbing gear. You wold be more comfortable on the river . It's a cool place to hang out for awhile.

Do you have rain gear? Sounds like your talking about tents and caves and shelters with no plan on a tarp over your hammock.Originally Posted by titobob
Always plan on rain in your hammock camping. Have a good tarp for the weather expected and it will make your camping better regardless of at the cowboy motel or down by the river.
