What is the "parking situation" like at the group use area?
As in - how far is the camping area from the parking area?
Just trying to plan how to pack things for the weekend... not sure if I should load up my backpack, or if I can just throw things in the trunk of the car loosely.
I'm really excited about this, just hoping it will be warm enough to be "kilt weather"

You can drive right up to your hammock in most cases.
I'll be there, but will be working Sat/Sun during the day. I'll be there on Friday, and after work on Sat. Please let me know if anyone coming needs some extra gear/tarps.
