I currently have an eno dn (9'6" length) wondering if buying a longer hammock like a 11' would make much of a difference in comfort? My info height 6'0" and weigh 185lb.

It does to some of us. After I tried my first 11 ft. hammock I haven't slept in one shorter. Perfect for me (5'11" & 160 lbs.).

Just getting started here myself. I currently have the GT ultralight at 9'6" and like caddisman I am contemplating a bigger one already. Caddisman, keep us posted on your upgrade.
Check out http://www.simplylightdesigns.com/ca...cPath/22_26_55. Awesome hammocks an can be had on the cheap. Mind the weight limits and purchase accordingly. Did I mention awesome hammocks!!
And some of us like the shorter hammocks.
Hammocks are like pizza, most people love them and they are basically all the same construct. The details are all a matter of personal preference (including toppings!)
Is there any 11ft hammock packages (hammock, tarp, and bugnet) on the market like the Hennessy hammocks or other vendors anyone knows of?
For me, length is everything. 54" is perfect width.

Ah, the siren call of one-stop shopping. Warbonnet could sell you all three, maybe AHE. However, it all depends on what you want. For example, I got my 11 ft. hammock & bugnet from Buttinasling - love their hammocks, but they don't make tarps. If you want an integrated bugnet, Dream Hammocks are popular, but Randy doesn't make tarps.
Want an independent bugnet? Do you want bottom-entry, a zippered affair, a HUG, or a sock? Each vendor offers different designs.
Do you want a four-season tarp or the absolute minimum postage-stamp-size tarp 'cause you're a fair-weather camper? I'd figure out all those things first before trying to do one-stop shopping.

I had a couple shorter hammocks before, now I will not go under 11 feet.
Wilderness Logics Night Owl, Lite owl & Snipe all 11' and the Warbonnet XLC BB. Great workmanship on both, and a good Hammock investment...
