So far only the folks that say they have folded the tarp have reported beening able to get theirs back in but I belong to the cult of camping gear stuffers who believe one should stuff tarps, hammocks, tents, ect info a stuff sack so the item does not develop creases from being folded same way each time it is placed in stuff sack.

Hope your scouts get plenty of use out of them.
I've used mine a few times, and had no issues getting it back into the stuff sack. I don't put stakes there though, but not due to fit, I'd prefer to keep them separate anyway. I'm sure I could fit them if i wanted to. I do keep the lines in the sack, including a couple Figure 9's..

It's a PITA, for sure, due to the stuff sack being so narrow and long, shorter and fatter would be much easier. But, it does fit!

Mine just came in today. I was looking for a lighter tarp to take with me when the weather wouldn't be such an issue. As long as my hammock will fit underneath it should fit the bill nicely and take 1.5 lbs off my load vs my current larger but heavier tarp.

I've used these tarps, albeit in the backyard, off and on for the last few weeks, and they have grown on me...and not like a fungus. I don't know if the stuff sack is stretching out, the tarp is shrinking, or my stuffing muscles are more defined (mid-complex sentence trivia question: what famous person once said that The Pump is better than an orgasm?), but I no longer have any problem getting the tarp, 4 lines, and 4 (yes, four) stakes into the stuff sack). I put 2 extra stakes for the SLD Trail Lair or WBBB XLC side pull outs in with the tarp stakes.

I really like this little tarp. And no water on the hammock or UQ yet, through several downpours (though no wind top speak of).

I attempted, and was successful, at stuffing my tarp, lines, and 2 stakes, in it's bag on 2 occasions. Glad to hear they are holding up. My next field test will be this weekend.

Let me make a recommendation. Toss the stuff sack and pick up some Mesh Sleeves (aka SnakeSkins) from MountainGoat, makes packing a tarp that much easier. Use the stuff sack for something else. Second recommendation. Toss the garbage stakes and cheap guy lines, replace them with Ti-Stakes and Reflective Chord from Dutchaware. just my two pennies worth of opinion.
