Need a spot in East TN

I'm looking to do an over nighter next weekend and struggling to find the right spot. I'm looking for a place in East TN, I was thinking kayaking out to someplace to camp but am open to backpacking also. If you know any great places please help me out, I'd love the help.

Tim's ford lake has free islands to stay on or you can get permits for primitive sites.

Big South Fork..Awesome place. Park at Leatherwood ford, short hikes in to some great pre established sites along the river. $5 for a backcountry permit for up to like 14 days..

I always suggest the Roan Mountain Balds, the Carver's Gap to 19e section of the AT. 13.4 miles, beautiful views, nice sites at which to hang. Favorite section by far.
