21 days and counting on my quilts. Not to mention my girlfriend had placed an order and then cancelled and still hasn't received a refund yet. AND, they are not answering their phones or emails. 3 emails sent and now 3 phone calls with messages left and nothing. I'm actually getting pissed.
I realize they are a cottage outfit but that's all the more reason to provide stellar customer service. They have to go above and beyond in order to be competitive. If they can't effectively keep up with the rigors of doing business, it's time to hire more help.
I hate to leave this kind of feedback because I've heard nothing but good things but to be fair, this is my personal experience and I believe it ought to be shared.
Honestly, there are guys on here that are reporting they put their orders in after I did and have already received their order. And there's nothing special about mine. All standard options with standard colors.
I could give 'em a pass if it were an item worth $20 bucks, but not when you drop $600+
