I definitely had a good time. I can't wait until the next one. Hopefully by then I will have the new gear I want, which should cut off a good 10lbs from my pack. I will not be bringing any sleeping pills either...

Thanks to all for being so open and welcome to the newcomers. It really made things easier for a shy guy like me.

Here is the recipe for the crab dip:
16 ounces Philadelphia cream cheese, softened (I used 1/3 less fat)
32 ounces crab meat (I used imitation, salad style crab meat)
1.5 cups of finely chopped green onions
    1 cup of mayo
1 cup of lemonaise (can also use 1 cup mayo with 1/4 cup of lemon juice)
    2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce
    2 teasopn cayenne pepper
    2 teaspoon salt
    2 tsp onion powder

I saw Shugs first video, and it looked like you guys had a great time. I know it was cold as hell here in Green Bay so you guys had to be fighting old man winter.

I sure would like to go next time you all come up with another one.

Can't wait for part 2 Shug!

This will be a yearly event. We missed you there, and everyone tried to pronounce your trail name.

Thanks Fin! I was all excited to play in the cold, looks like I'll have to hit up North, I'll probably make the SHT as a place to go in Spring, looked awesome.

As one of the newbies on this trip, it was an incredible time. Lot of food, meeting new people and having a chance to try out a hammock was incredible.

Of course some of that wouldn't have been possible without fin and all his extras.

As one of the converted a hammock is definitely on the budget for next year, no more of that G word for me.
