Short notice NEW MEXICO SFNF/Pecos Wilderness 4 day hike/hang

I am considering a trip for 4 days in a few weeks into the Santa Fe Natl. Forest and Pecos Wilderness. I'm planning easy hiking due to the high altitude. Starting at the Santa Fe ski Area, up the Winsor trail to the La Vega Meadow. Overnight at La Vega meadow and start the next morning out to Santa Fe Baldy and Lake Katherine. 1 night at Lake Katherine, hike back for one more night at La Vega meadow and back to the Santa Fe Ski Area.. Segmented, it's roughly 3.75 miles per day of hiking and around 15 miles total round trip.

Update to the above post..

3rd day will be a hike/camp to Nambe lake instead of back to La Vega Meadow.

Hey Damien, I might be interested. Work is a little intense now so I'm not sure when I'll have a couple days, but pretty sure I can make room, maybe the week of the 20th.
Also maybe we can meet up at lake katherine as I might want to do a little more hiking, probably from Pecos to Santa Fe via lake Katherine. But then again I have to coordinate a ride and yadi-yada..... So that's a lot of maybes but I'll try my best!

Wish I was still in Albuquerque. You will not regret your trip to lake Katherine I'm sure. I've heard wonderful things but never made it there myself. I still regret that. Had a great time with frenchy and prilla out in that area. Hope you guys have a blast!
