Great video, TallPaul! Your daughter seems like someone I'd enjoy hanging out with (and that's really saying something for a teenager!) Thanks for posting!

    Paul,

A couple of things occurred to me when watching your video:

    - What a joy it is to share something you love with your children
    - Never forget to slow down and enjoy the trip
    - Greyson Highlands is pretty awesome, I want to get down there and hike

all that and a nice song by Joe Purdy too.... Thanks for sharing.
    see you on the trail,
    Mike

You know I noticed it once or twice while editing but was too busy looking at my nappy hair to realize how many times she did it

Another good reason to visit Grayson - no reception!

I like the trail name, I'll run it by her. I was surprised by the blueberries as well. That rock is north of Wilburn ridge where the Pine/Crest & AT join together.

It's a great place for an 8 year old - just be picky on the weather, it changes rapidly up there.

timd - I've got to explore Damascus to Massie gap. Looks like a great trip. Like you I can't get enough of Grayson - I'm sure folks are saying "another Grayson video?".
Our dog Sandy is doing better - thanks for the comment.

I count my blessings every time that she still likes to do this with her dad

Yes, Joe Purdy. I need to give him credit. The bonus question is whether you know what we were watching when I got the inspiration to add it to the video.
And I agree, Grayson is pretty special, and spending time with enjoying it with my daughter makes it even more so.

Another Grayson video, yes please keep them coming. It is so much fun to share them with my wife. She to has had knee replacement and does not see hiking in her future. My son and I plan to be at the Grayson hang in Sept. Very excited about this hang. I think I might be able to get him to go back for a hike.

Thanks for posting! Really enjoyed the video. Me and MightyMouse hiked Grayson Highlands last year and loved it.
