    Hola Chard,

Glad to hear your boat is sea worthy again after May. If it's okay I would like to tag along, Friday morning group (solo).... likely best if I go in the "Testing the waters" group for now, just waiting on doctors OK to push my arm (managed to fracture at the elbow) I will know that in 10 days. If that complicates the group meals I can solo those easy enough.

I've been quiet in this thread but I am still here. It's looking very good for me but I'll know for sure soon. Looking forward to meeting some new people and of course I'm really looking forward to seeing familiar friends!

I'll be good this year I promise! (Though I say that every year :P, but still no bacon)

If anyone doesn't have a canoe partner that wants one up in the bow I'd be happy to help. I can make it Thursday or Friday depending on what's needed of me.

Hey Cruiser, hopefully you get the green light from your doc. Don't worry about the meal, I'll likely do the shopping a couple of days before we go. As long as you know by the Monday or Tuesday before we go, that'll be fine. Getting Lipstick shipshape was a lot of work, but well worth it.

Hey gang.. Did anyone make the second reservation? With such a great turnout, we'll certainly need one.

The second one can be made for just the 2 nights since there's only 5 of us going in on Thursday.

    Bad news for me.

I just got hit by Revenue Services for a big tax drawback on a boat I purchased outside Quebec 2 years ago. I have to cancel unless I can make some money appear...

I am sorry to bail out at this point, I was really eager to go and meet you all.

put me on the fence Chard, if Cruiser51 gets the go ahead i will be coming Friday solo.
When you discard arrogance, complexity, and a few other things that get in the way, sooner or later you will discover that simple, childlike, and mysterious secret known to those of the Uncarved Block: Life is Fun.

I'm really sorry to hear that PatT. I was looking forward to hanging with a fellow Montreal'er. Hopefully everything will work out and we'll be able to see you out at the hang, but if not this one, the next!
