Hmm have never seen this brand before. The website is a bit hard to understand, are they saying those designs are printed on the hammock fabric? If so thats very cool

They are made out of recycled plastic, and yes, the print pictures from the hubble telescope on them.

I find it strange that there aren't pictures of actual hammocks for sale on that sight.

They have many different prints on the hammock. If you browse the website, there are tons to choose from. From artists works, to photos of the galaxies. The same is on the hammocks that have the galaxies on it. They did have a kickstarter fairly recently. I haven't seen many posts about them on the forums.

Pretty cool idea, need slightly better marketing ploy, but not bad.

Here's the skinny - Due to an overstock situation on the Hubble prints (there are several different ones available), they're basically being liquidated. They're not seconds, they're not blemished, they're just overabundant. You can still go to the website and buy one at regular price and pick EXACTLY the design that you want or you can take a shot and get one of ANY of the Hubble designs at $85 + shipping. Think of it as a Hubble Hammock Grab Bag.

All of the Hubble designs are awesome, so if you were wanting an Elevated Movement hammock and like the Hubble designs, now's the time to get one. It's also worth mentioning that the price still includes the entire system - hammock, stuff sack, and triglide suspension.

Hit the "shop" link on the top right hand side of the page and you can see them all.

His primary market is the music festival scene, so he focuses pretty hard on that. He'll be at SC Palmetto State Hangers Fall Sprawl, though so he's not wholly unrepresented in the camping community.

Not a ploy, just trying to unload overstock. I'll actually be in Norwood over Labor Day if you want to see one.
I used to be a somebody, now I just camp.

Does anyone have any pictures of this product? Is it made out of plastic?

    RedStix

Never mind - I just did a quick Google and found some more information (even though their site is blocked at my work).

    Hey everyone, Matthew here.

I started this project by myself a few months ago via kickstarter and web design is NOT my forte.

I paid to have these hammocks produced out of pocket and I'm just looking to get a return on my investment so I can invest it into making the website more user friendly, better in general.

I'm updating a gallery right now of all the hammocks in use. I mostly post on Facebook, but I'll be making the site more comprehensive with information about the hammocks etc.

    Happy to answer any questions.
