    Faribault woolen mills wool Anorak

For Sale: Handmade Anorak Size Large. Should fit someone around 5'11" but is meant to be a shell so there is some wiggle room with the size. The wool is Faribault Woolen Mill 100% wool. (Which means is breaths well and wicks moisture). The large pocket in front has 3 outer pockets to organize your candy and then a large middle pocket for gloves or hat or whatever, Then there is a zippered pocket against your belly (I like to store my phone or other electronics in there). Pockets are made with Duck Cotton Canvas. Also inside the pocket is a micro carabiner to clip your keys to so you don't loose them in the snow. The hood, cuffs, and chin piece have been lined with a windproof fleece for added comfort where skin will be exposed.
This thing is beautiful and great for winter riding and all sorts of other winter activities. Depending on your layering system this should be good down to 0F. I am going on a bike tour in mid September and need this sold before then. If you would like more pictures just let me know.

Awesome piece of kit! I have a similar Anorak and paid much more...otherwise I would have scarfed this up the second I saw it. I like mine so much I listed it in my will...Good luck with the sale.

Really like the look of this. If you could send me a few more pics maybe with it on so I can get an idea on the fit. I've been looking for something like this for my first winter up here in AK.

Very nice anorak. I don't think it will fit me, but if you could, please share some more details. I would love to try to make one myself. Who made it? Any design/ pattern drawings? How about some more detail pics?
Thanks and good luck with the sale.

Thanks for the interest sfire. I made this Anorak. I came up with my own pattern for it based off some designs I found on the interwebs. I'll try and get some more pictures of it tonight. It was originally made for a friend that backed out. So its still in brand new condition, never worn.

Please remember this is the For Sale forum. Any side discussion of making the Anorak will need to be placed in the Donating Members Clothing or Other Gear and DIY forum. Thanks

IF THIS IS STILL AVAILABLE BY THE END OF THE MONTH, I'LL TAKE IT! I go on vacation on the 21st and return on the 29th of August. My birthday is actually this monday (18th) I turn the big 50 this year and feel the need to treat myself to something special
