What is your budget?
around 75 would be ideal but i could go up to 100 if its worth it
DIY would probably be your best bet, but for about $25 more wilderness logic tadpole and oes maccat are good options.
What type of specs would you be looking for with a wbbb?
Kelty noah 12 is always a cheaper option
Dale Gribble: I'm thinking, "new hammock." For me, laying and swaying in a hammock is like a steady morphine drip without the risk of renal failure.
Randy : yea but just remember yer roots and where ya come from....you got Hennessy in yer blood son......
The WB Edge is a great little tarp. It is sufficient for sleeping - not so much for spending hours hanging out in the rain, though. I used it a lot for summer camping. If you want something bigger, you would need to upgrade your budget. $110 will buy you the WB Mamajamba, which is a superb allround tarp if you don't need/want doors. Both tarps are very light for the coverage they provide; only Cuben is lighter.
If you're looking for light weight, then as mentioned, the WB Edge or Wilderness Logics Tadpole are good choices. Cuben fibre is the ultralight weight choice but it's expensive and out of your price range.
Don't let life get in the way of living.
