Right now, it looks like I won't be able to make the whole weekend.

I may be able to get up there early Saturday morning at least for one night, but even that is tentative. I will know better in early September. In any case, if I can't make it up at all I will definitely at least be sending something to someone for the raffle. Having had such a good time this past spring though, I am really hoping to be there again!

Dutch is organizing a rib roast for Saturday night to save us a bit of money so we will need some help with this. Dutch will buy precooked ribs and have them delivered to the pavilion. We will need people to help grill the pre-cooked ribs. Plus we may need an extra grill or 2 and utensils, cleanup, etc. Post that you can help here and then private message Dutch to discuss.

We will also need a count of attendees about a week before the roast so everyone make sure to sign-up on the google spreadsheet before then. The cost for the ribs is covered with the raffle monies.

Yojimbo and Big Carl, thanks about the grills. That will be great. Please mark on spreadsheet. Yojimbo, confirm with Dutch once you know for sure. If we have a lot of people 2 grills will be needed. Don't forget utensils! Lol, in the past that's what usually is forgotten.

Jay, bury those pencils in the back yard! Will be great to see you!

Saturday breakfast will be served from 8 am until 9:45. Last year I just said 8 am and everyone came then. This way we can spread it out and there won't be as much of a line. Expect Pancakes and French toast again along with sausage I saw someone was donating. Who could ask for more?
